Effective sleep aid
Excellent analogue of pharmacy Melaxen! I gave melatonin to my son who struggles with sleep due to overexcitement in the evenings. He is 6 years old and has autism, often experiencing low melatonin levels. I sought a less harmful medication since many doctors prescribe antidepressants that adversely affect the brain. This melatonin has helped my child calm down and sleep well without pills; I administer a quarter dose. He wakes up cheerful and free from headaches common with other medications. I'm also pleased with the cost—24 tablets in Russia cost nearly 700 rubles, while here I get 240 tablets for a similar price. Highly recommend!

Improved sleep quality
This product has saved my life and my relationship with my grandchild, who has multiple diagnoses including being on the Autism Spectrum. He struggles to calm down without medication. With melatonin, I no longer have to hold him down at night—it’s as if a light has turned off when he stops moving. After dinner and his melatonin, he usually says he’s ready for bed within half an hour. I carefully adjust his dosage, given his medication needs due to his past. Affordable sleep solution
Works well for my ASD son who requires melatonin to sleep. Unfortunately, his brain doesn’t shut down without assistance, but this is just as effective as the prescription I used to get in New Zealand at a significantly reduced price.

Good investment
Great product with excellent quality! A can of 240 3mg tablets lasts nearly a year, making it a worthwhile investment. It helps me achieve deeper sleep, though I do feel a bit sedated the following day. I found out it's best to take melatonin a couple of hours before bed, as the brain releases natural melatonin earlier than expected.
